About FREE Shipping: To qualify for free standard shipping, your order total must be $45 or more before taxes and fees. Free shipping only applies to orders being delivered within the contiguous United States of America, the orders can not weigh more than 150 lbs. or 60 lbs. for P.O box or APO/FPO addresses, as long as they meet the standard weight/cube requirements. Free shipping is only valid on orders being shipped to a single address.

  • Free shipping will not be applied to your order if eligible items are canceled - which would result in an order total of less than $45.
  • Shipping cost on orders that exceed weight limits will be estimated by weight total and other shipping factors.
  • Shipping cost on orders that are being delivered outside of the United States of America will be estimated by weight total and other shipping factors.
  • Orders that do not qualify for free standard shipping and are under 150 lbs. or 60 lbs. for P.O box or APO/FPO addresses will have a $5.99 flat rate shipping fee.
  • Free or flat rate standard shipping is currently not available for items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Shipping cost to these areas outside of the contiguous United States of America will be estimated by weight total and other shipping factors.

About HASSLE FREE Returns: If your items for some reason show up damaged please contact us within 48 hours at support@masproshop.com - we will quickly send you a return shipping label and completely cover the cost to ship it back to us. If for some reason you decide that you are not completely happy with the product please contact us at support@masproshop.com - as long as it is within 30 days of the date that you received your item you can ship it back for a refund. You will be responsible to pay for shipping the item back in its original packaging in sellable condition with all of its included documentation, warranty cards, cables, etc. We will issue you a refund once we receive the item and it passes inspection. MasProShop inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse refunds on items that have been misused or are no longer in sellable condition. Some products have different requirements and policies associated with them.

About Shipping Times: Most items are delivered to your shipping address one to five business days after the order has been processed. For orders placed during the weekend please allow a minimum of one business day for it to be processed and one to five business days for delivery. Some products have a longer shipping time than others.

  • Same Day Shipping: If the product description says it ships same business day, the product must be ordered before 2 pm EST in order to ship out same day. If you place your order after 2 pm EST your order will ship on the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays). 
  • We will process your order as soon as it is placed. However during peak times such as holiday seasons and national holidays this may be delayed slightly. 
  • You can always count on us to select a balance of the fastest and most effective shipping method that is offered. 
  • If by chance your item has not arrived within five business days please contact us at support@masproshop.com so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Some orders depending on the destination in the world might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the usual five day period.

  • Overseas Shipping: If you are not offered an expedited shipping option at checkout for items being shipped overseas please allow one to four weeks for delivery. We will always tell you where the item is being shipped from within the product description.  

  • Tracking Information: We will always provide you with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your order as it is in transit. We will be keeping an eye on your order too, making sure it is delivered to its destination quickly.
